    Synopsis:

    Threeway dialog after Derryth saw Baelen eating the Noblestalk. Baelen will be back to his original self-- a boorish asshole who treats his wife like a second class citizen. Derryth will wilt in his presence-- where once she was exercising revenge against him, now she's back to being oppressed by him.

    How to trigger:

    Repro steps:
    1. Start the game
    2. loadlevel WLD_Main_A
    3. oe debug_savemh
    4. give S_UND_MushroomHunter_Noblestalk (this spawns a Noblestalk in your inventory)
    5. goto 55.97, 42.16, -93.40
    6. Speak to Baelen and give him the Noblestalk via the dialog
    7. He gets cured. Speak to him again.
