    Synopsis:

    If you saved Barcus from the windmill, you can meet him again in the underdark. He's been captured once again - this time by a band of duergar (who follow the Absolute, same as the goblins did previously). If you get rid of his captors, you can talk to him some more about his next steps. He's still keen on saving his friend, Wulbren.
