Synopsis:

Jaheira calls all of the Harpers in the Haven to fight if you choose to attack them as part of the Entering Haven situation

How to trigger:

When you first approach the gates of Haven, move through the dialog until Jaheira releases you from the vine sbecause of either Mol or Marcus's intervention. Then select the Attack dialog option.
