How to trigger:
1. Use Debug Book - Set Quest Flags - Act 2 - GLO - Lifting the curse - Quest States - Halsin at camp with Spirit
2. Use Debug Book - Set Quest Flags - Act 2 - GLO - Lifting the curse - Quest States - Oliver Fled to Town - teleports Oliver to the plaza in the Town and readies him for a fight. Also teleports you to the plaza as well, you'll only need to approach Oliver to start combat.
3. Attack the Nightdome and reduce its HP to less than 50%.
