Synopsis:
The player has delivered Madeline's ledger to He Who Was. The shadar-kai uses the book to channel her spirit. Player can punish her, making her stab herself the way her friends died, verbally admonish her, or forgive her.
How to trigger:
Teleport to shadarkai, 1,1,1 the quest. Teleport to Harperledger, pick it up and return to shadarkai.
