Synopsis:
Surgeon in the Cursed Town. In the ruins of a hospital, a twisted, monstrous surgeon - corrupted by the shadowcurse around him - is operating on a human strapped to a reclining chair. The operation is essentially torture, with the surgeon stripping away the human's senses (eyes, tongue have been removed), but the surgeon believes he's doing what he needs to to help his 'patient'.
How to trigger:
Enter the cursed Town beside Moonrise. Enter the Hospital. Approach the surgeon in the operating theatre (large round room at the back.)
