To be used as a "meanwhile in the city..." transition from act 2 to Intermezzo.
Gortash is preparing for his inaugration when a Flaming Fist brings news of a brainquake in the Lower City. Gortash claims that the situation is under control, at which point the Fist transforms into Orin, who mocks him and threatens to break their alliance.

7. : Sergeant. If you are here, I presume Wyrm's Rock is secure, and preparations for my inauguration are complete?devnote
4. : No, Lord Gortash. We were interrupted... another quake in the Lower City. More severe this time.
14. : So you came cowering to my chambers? I'm flattered, Sergeant, but even I cannot command natural phenomena to cease.
0. : Forgive me, my Lord... but there is panic in the streets. The people are afraid.
5. : Perhaps the people would be calm if you kept your nerve. I expect better from the Flaming Fist than to run scared from a slight tremor in the earth.
11. : Get back to your duties.
15. : Duties, duties, duties. Patrolling and saluting and following and bowing and scraping and 'yes, sir, no, sir, rip and cut your throat, sir'.devnote
2. : Your plan is falling apart, lordling. Give me a reason not to cut you to ribbons.
16. : Control yourself, Orin. We need to focus on reuniting the stones, or the brain will break free. These quakes are just the start.
3. : Neither of us expected the Prism-bearers to kill Ketheric. They'll be travelling to the city. Let's make sure we give them a Baldurian welcome.
8. : My prodigal blood-kin is among them.devnoteGLO_Origin_PartOfTheTeam_DarkUrge

6. : Barely. I made mince of their ugly mind matter, and if they dare return, I will strip out their offal.devnoteEnd
12. : I itch to peel you, to split your skin, to see your skull shine in the light, little tyrant.
13. : Lucky for you, I harvested a whole family of living-flesh in Rivington at Highsun. They will sate my blade-thirst tonight.
1. : But tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow, my blades will thirst again.devnoteEnd
