Synopsis:
Oskar is in the Guildhall, working as a counterfeiter with the Zhentarim. If the player met him previously and refused/failed to help him, he's quite angry at them, but has nonetheless managed to create a more comfortable situation for himself. If the player never met him, he's simply a counterfeiter trying to sell them a fake painting he needs to offload.

30. : You left me in that bloody Zhentarim camp to rot.
9. : You're fortunate I've work to do, or I'd show you exactly where they like to stick a palette knife.
25. Player: Who are 'they'?
50. : The Zhentarim, of course. I've learned a trick or two from them since you abandoned me in their filthy encampment.
58. : I convinced them that a true artist cannot perform in captivity, and so we agreed to proceed on a mutually beneficial basis.
21. : Hardly the line of work I expected to end up in, but I can say one thing for them - they understand the value of art.
1. Player: Are you selling these forgeries?
7. : Well, I'm not giving them away.

23. Player: So you're a criminal.
72. : Aha. Well, I wouldn't put it in quite those terms. I'm simply a duplicator of artistic works that already exist.
27. : If people can't tell the difference between my work and the original, then who's to say it is any less precious than the real thing?
32. Player: You're working for the Zhentarim?
70. : They are very reasonable people. I produce the work, and they handle the distribution.
45. Player: Why not just return to your patron?PLA_DoubtingArtist_Knows_TwoLoves
20. : Oh, I never asked. Why bother, when I'm finally an artist of independent means?
16. : I think it's going rather well. I've more gold in my pockets now than I ever had begging for Lady Jannath's scraps.
12. : It's a shame, but then the curse of true originality was always to be undervalued.
24. : Now if you'll excuse me, I've got orders to fulfil, and this Kalain won't forge itself.
26. Player: I'd like to trade.

36. Player: Ouch. I didn't take you for the violent type.
0. : Yes, well, enough time spent in violent captivity at the hands of brutal thugs will do that to a man.
51. : Fortunately, the Zhentarim stopped threatening to break my fingers when they realised it would be bad for business.devnote
65. Player: What are you doing in the Guildhall?
68. : Making a living, of course.
73. : After you failed to rescue me from their encampment, the Zhentarim and I settled our differences, so to speak.

41. Player: Go on. Tell me where.
48. : You'll find out for yourself if you get on the wrong side of them. The Zhentarim aren't much for subtlety.
59. : They do, however, know the work of a master when they see it.
43. : Hmm. You look rather more refined than the usual thugs walking these halls. I don't suppose you have any interest in fine art?PLA_DoubtingArtist_HasMet = False, LOW_Oskar_HasMetInGuildhall = False

14. : My name is Oskar Fevras, though I doubt you'll have heard it.
2. : My stardom has waned somewhat recently, but I was once feted as one of the city's most promising artists.
10. : These days my oeuvre is less original, shall we say, but no less in demand.
28. : In fact, you're fortunate to have caught me just now. I've a rather special piece that's become unexpectedly available.
39. Player: Of course. There's nothing like art to soothe a troubled soul.['Gale 1']
63. : Then perhaps I might be able to interest you in a rather special piece I've just completed. It's become unexpectedly available.
60. Player: I'm more interested in the purses required to buy such pieces.
11. : Aha. Then perhaps you'd be interested in taking a look at my stock. I've a rather special piece that's become unexpectedly available.
18. : I assure you, it's identical to the original down to the finest brush stroke. A fine piece to hang on the wall of anyone you decide to sell it to.
40. Player: Why did it become available?
29. : Ah. We had a very interested party out in Waterdeep who, shall we say, commissioned the piece. But when the time came, she was unable to pay.
69. : I hear parts of her have washed up as far away as Neverwinter.
4. Player: I'll take a look.

35. : Oh - and a word of advice. Don't try to sell it down here - I've already tried, and they aren't interested.LOW_OskarsBeloved_Event_BoughtCounterfeitLOW_OskarsBeloved_Event_BoughtCounterfeit = FalseEnd

52. Player: So it's a counterfeit.
5. : Of course not! It's absolutely real - I painted it myself.
57. : It is simply derived from an existing source of inspiration.
75. Player: Sounds rather unethical.
17. : My good friend, do you know where you are? The Guildhall is no place for the morally squeamish.
76. : If, however, you're open to the idea of supporting the arts, then we may do some fine business.
