Ironhand gnome Philomeen hiding in a smithy cellar (came from Act1). At first, Philomeen appears in Oppress Scene
How to trigger:
Load BGO_Main_A. Debug book "Quest Flags and Options" -> Act3 -> Ironhand Gnomes -> Setup all gnomes OR Setup Barcus company -> 1. Set up Oppress Scene.
Debug Book -> Go To Region -> Act3 -> WYR -> At Bridge (before Steel Watch) -> enter the bridge -> in the dialog choose to run with gnomes.
Follow them and talk to Philomeen.
