Synopsis:
Gandrel is a monster hunter we encounter outside the Hag's lair. He's pleasant, cheerful, and a little eccentric - but shows his experience and expertise when warning us about the hag. He's affable and unassuming, but shows moments of steel when discussing his quarry (Astarion, although he doesn't realise his quarry is standing in front of him.) At first Astarion thinks its funny to meet a monster hunter (as he's a monster) but turns sour when he discovers that he's the target.
