Synopsis:
The Emperor or Orpheus has just discussed the players options to either transform or hand over the netherstones. If Gale is willing to use his bomb, Gale will remind the player that he is willing to blow up as a possible solution. The player cannot rely on it as their only solution, but will be prompted to decide when they decide to climb up the Netherbrain.
How to trigger:
Load END_Main
debug recruit Gale
oe end_startillithidoptions
Proceed to Assimilation dialog
Select "I can keep the stones if I transform"
Wait for Gale dialog to become available
4. : An easy proposition for the Emperor to make - 'become a mind flayer' - it has no soul to sacrifice. ORI_Gale_State_SpokeOfOrbOptionEND, END_IllithidOptions_State_GaleMentionedBomb
18. : If it did - perhaps it would understand the weight of what it's asking of us. And why we might seek an alternative.devnote
15. : The thought must have crossed your mind? It has certainly weighed on mine. ORI_Gale_State_WillingToDie
5. : I know, we've been through this before. But our situation has changed since then, and not for the better.
33. : I think it's time we reconsider the orb. devnote
39. : With its power, I could put an end to this whole thing - Crown, Netherbrain, Absolute. Everything.
38. Player: You'd truly sacrifice yourself for us?
30. : If I'm destined to die, I can think of worse ways. At least if I use the orb, I can ensure the brain dies with me. devnote
19. Player: You might be eager to die in a blaze of glory, but I'm not. You'd kill me as well.

23. : In a word - yes.
7. : The real question is, do you trust me?devnote
1. : Do not mistake me - I want to live. But I've been careless enough with my life in the past. I can hardly stand by and watch you sacrifice yours.devnote
26. : Once I'm in position, I will ensure you are removed to a safe vantage point to watch the fireworks. You need not die alongside me. Nor surrender your soul in becoming an illithid.END_BrainBattle_Knows_GaleWishesToAscendAlone

2. : Very well. We'll do this the old fashioned way then - swords, spells and sweat. Adventurers to the end - whatever form it may take.devnoteEnd
35. Player: Absolutely not. We came this far together - we're going to survive together too.
